Janus International Europe Leadership News

After more than 17 years as the managing director of the international operations at Janus, Colin Jeromson will step down on 31st December 2024. During Colin’s tenure, he created a future-ready business that has expanded significantly in Europe as well as Australia.

Craig Conway has been appointed as Colin’s successor and will take on the role in January 2025. Craig joined Janus Europe five years ago and has held the positions of Production & Logistics Director, International Production Director, and International Director of Nokē Smart Entry. In 2023, Craig was instrumental in leading the team that established Janus’s manufacturing facility in Poland.

Colin commented: “A high point during my self-storage career has been the customers I have been fortunate to meet, and I want to express my gratitude for their support and trust. The appointment of Craig Conway will provide continuity in the understanding of what is important to our customers meaning that their experience with Janus continues to exceed expectations.”

Prior to joining Janus, Craig, who is a qualified engineer, held senior roles across a variety of industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and track record of fostering strong customer partnerships. Craig, his wife and their five children are based in the Northeast of England.

Craig stated: “I am honoured and excited to embark on this new journey. We are committed to providing our customers with best-in-class self-storage solutions. Together, we will continue to deliver innovation, excellence, and growth in our industry.”
