Welcoming Tim Alpe as Managing Director of Extra Space Asia Self Storage

Tim brings with him a proven track record of leadership across Asia Pacific, having played a key role in scaling self storage and real estate platforms in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and beyond. His industry expertise, combined with strategic insight and a passion for operational excellence, makes him a strong fit to guide Extra Space Asia into its next chapter of regional growth.
