New Member Announcement: The Vault Storage

We are pleased to welcome The Vault Storage as the newest member of the Self Storage Association Asia.

Headquartered in Dubai, The Vault Storage is a self storage investment company with an exclusive focus on the development and acquisition of self storage assets in the UAE.

Founded in 2005, The Vault has been built around a clear mission and strong operating values — delivering best-in-class service to customers while creating meaningful opportunities for its team to grow both personally and professionally.

The company is led by Scott Meyers, President of The Vault Storage. Scott brings over three decades of experience in real estate investment across multiple asset classes, including single-family homes, multifamily, office buildings, and industrial warehouses. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he has been active in real estate investing since 1993.

In 2005, Scott began focusing on self storage, and in 2007 he founded a self storage education and consulting business to support professionals and business owners investing in the sector. Since then, he and his affiliated companies have been involved in over 53 self storage projects, totalling more than 4.35 million square feet and over 28,000 storage units.

Today, The Vault operates as a specialised self storage platform dedicated to the UAE market, combining deep sector expertise with disciplined investment and professional operations.
