Gus is an Associate Director of CBRE’s Asia Pacific Research team, specializing in capital markets, economic, equities and hotels research.

Since joining the team, Gus has been working closely with the wider business lines in operating both the Global and Asia Pacific platform, including fundamental research and enhancements to research outputs on capital markets sectors. His role includes producing market leading reports on all facets of the commercial real estate market both in Asia Pacific and globally, analyzing regional and global real estate market trends and supporting the business growth of the company and assisting the business through client facing exercises through presentations, seminars, and interviews.

Before joining the Asia Pacific Research team, Gus spent 2 years with the firm as an Analyst in the local research team covering the Australian commercial real estate market across multiple property sectors, including office, retail and industrial.
Gus has a bachelor in both Business Management (Real Estate & Development) and Engineering (Civil) from the University of Queensland.
