Japan’s annual Self Storage Biz Forum returns to Tokyo this October, bringing the industry together for three days of facility visits, market insights, practical discussions and networking.

As one of Asia’s largest and most mature self storage markets, Japan offers valuable lessons for operators across the region. Last year’s Forum brought together CEOs of major Japanese self storage operators, senior industry leaders and international participants for candid discussions on the future of the sector.

This year, the Forum will focus on new strategies for expanding the self storage customer base, including AI, changing customer needs, new service opportunities, facility resilience and developments across the Japanese and wider Asian markets.
