Tokuo Yoshida
Executive Director
Rental Storage Association Japan
Tokuo Yoshida was a board member of Oshiire Sango Co., Ltd from 1987 - 2015. Oshiire Sango started container-storage business back in 1987, and started self storage business in Japan in 2000 and continued to be an industry leader.
Yoshida has been appointed to be the Executive Director of the Rental Storage Association in 2003 and has been helping self storage industry to evolve in Japan.
Keiri Custodio

Keiri Custodio joined Fremont Realty Capital at its founding in 1997 and has been involved with sourcing, structuring, executing and managing private equity investments in real estate operating companies as well as in real estate projects. His industry experience covers all core commercial property types and several alternative real estate sectors including senior housing, self storage, lodging, student housing, and cold storage. Keiri is an active member of the Management Committees and Board of Directors of many of Fremont Realty Capital’s investments. Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Keiri served as Senior Analyst for Fremont Properties, where he played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of new acquisitions and development opportunities, and assisted in debt refinancing and other asset management activities. Prior to his role at Fremont Properties, Keiri was with BA Investment Real Estate, an institutional real estate advisory group of Bank of America.
Keiri is also a special advisor of the Self Storage Association Asia.
Paul Fahey

Paul Fahey has 15 years of experience in the self storage industry, with his first position as shareholder and Director of Rent-a-Space Ltd in 1999. Paul has established four different small self storage businesses, two of which he has since sold and two which he still operates. He is also a Chairman and shareholder of an Italian portfolio and the SSA representative on the FEDESSA board; having been a Director of FEDESSA since it was established 10 years ago. Paul was previously on the SSA UK board and held the post of Chairman for 3 years. Paul joined the FEDESSA board for a second term in June 2014. He is currently a special advisor of the Self Storage Association Asia.
Rennie Schafer

Rennie is the current CEO of the Self Storage Association UK and FEDESSA, having previously been the CEO of the Australasian Self Storage Association for over 9 years. Rennie has extensive knowledge of the self storage industry across the world, from the developing Asian markets through to the birthplace of self storage in the USA.
While with the Australasian Self Storage Association he introduced a range of simplified standard licence agreements for the different types of storage arrangements used by the industry, developed an industry marketing guide, customised self storage staff training, a workplace safety manual and demand study for the industry. He was also part of the judging panel for the self storage industry awards across Australia, NZ and Asia and has spoken at numerous self storage events around the world.
Rennie has an MBA from Deakin University as well as a Masters of Applied Science (Environmental Health). He has over 15 years experience working in industry associations, and enjoys riding his mountain bike, listening to music and swimming.
Hubin Song

Hubin has overall responsibility of the investment portfolio and is involved in the development of the company’s investment strategy. He also leads the investment team in their execution of investments and advises the portfolio company management teams.
Prior to joining Crane Capital, Hubin worked for a global real estate investment firm where he was involved in the execution of $5 billion in real estate investments across various sectors in Japan, US and Greater China.
