SSAA Members Storeganise and Veritec Solutions Announce Revenue Management Integration

SSAA members Storeganise and Veritec Solutions have announced a new integration to help self storage operators optimise pricing and revenue management through data-driven recommendations.

The integration connects Storeganise's self storage management platform with the Veritec Revenue Management System (VRMS), enabling operators to receive daily pricing recommendations, rental increase guidance and promotional strategies without the need for manual data exports or spreadsheets.

By combining occupancy, unit and rental data with publicly available competitor pricing information, VRMS helps operators make more informed pricing decisions. The system also incorporates Veritec's patented Good, Better, Best Pricing approach, allowing operators to differentiate rates based on unit features such as location, accessibility and smart-lock capabilities.

The integration is powered by Storeganise's open API and allows pricing recommendations to be implemented automatically or reviewed by operators before application.

For self storage operators, the collaboration offers an opportunity to adopt more dynamic pricing strategies, improve operational efficiency and maximise revenue potential.
