SSAA Member Prorize Connects AI Revenue Management with Monument
SSAA member Prorize has announced a new integration with Monument, connecting its AI-powered pricing technology with the property management platform to help self storage operators simplify their revenue management workflows.
Announced on 25 August 2026, the integration links Prorize’s Self Storage Revenue Optimizer™ (SSRO™) with Monument, enabling the automated exchange of pricing and operational data between the two platforms.
For operators, this means less manual data handling and a closer connection between the information used to run their facilities and the intelligence used to guide pricing decisions.
Turning operational data into pricing decisions
The integration connects property and customer data managed within Monument with Prorize’s forecasting and pricing technology. According to Prorize, its forward-looking recommendations are designed to help operators anticipate demand and respond more quickly to changing market conditions.
By bringing these capabilities together, the partnership aims to help teams make timely pricing decisions and maintain a consistent revenue management strategy across multiple properties as their portfolios grow.
More flexibility to choose connected tools
The partnership also reflects an approach centred on interoperability: allowing operators to choose specialist solutions that work together, while retaining ownership of their data.
Prorize Founder and CEO Ahmet Kuyumcu said the integration supports the company’s aim of connecting with the platforms its customers already rely on, giving operators greater flexibility in building a technology stack that suits their business.
Monument Co-Founder and CEO Gab Goncalves echoed this emphasis on choice, describing the partnership as a way to bring specialist revenue intelligence into the platform operators use to manage their portfolios.
For Asia’s diverse self storage markets, connecting operational systems with specialist pricing tools is a relevant topic as operators explore ways to reduce manual work and support portfolio growth. This integration offers an example of how technology providers are working together to make those connections more practical.
