How to enter?
Once you have confirmed your application on our website and paid the application fee, we will send you links to fill in an online form or you can download the application forms online.
Application Fee
- HK$ 5,000 per entry for Members who have more than 5 facilities
- HK$ 2,000 per entry for Members who have fewer than 5 facilities
- HK$ 3,000 for Valet Members to apply for the Valet Storage Award
Your application fee will be refunded as credits within SSAA if you are not shortlisted, minus the administration fee $1,000 per entry.

Important Information
- A separate submission is required for each Award entered.
- You are welcome to support your entry with additional photos, videos and other related materials.
- By submitting your entry, you agree to SSAA publishing your submitted data for judging and publishing purposes.
- Entries must be submitted by 14 March, 2022
- Coordinators and judges involved in the Awards will treat all information in the strictest of confidence. NDAs will be signed by coordinators and judges.
- A judging panel will evaluate entries and determine the winner for each category.
- No applicants are allowed to be a member of the judging panel.
- Entrants agree that SSAA’s decision on these matters is final and may not be reviewed
- The winners of the SSAA Awards will be announced at the Awards Online Event on 12 April, 2022
