There will be Asia-wide overall Awards, also individual awards for every entered country.

Updates for 2026:

As part of this year’s programme, stage presentations will be reserved for the Asia-wide award winners.
Regional winners may collect their trophies at the Awards Gala Dinner and are welcome to step onto the stage afterwards for commemorative photographs.

SSAA Awards is open to SSAA current members.

How to enter?

Once you have confirmed your application on our website and paid the application fee, we will send you links to fill in an online form or you can download the application forms online.

Application Fee

• HK$ 5,500 per entry    for Members who have more than 5 facilities

• HK$ 2,500 per entry    for Members who have fewer than 5 facilities

• HK$ 2,500 per entry for Valet Members to apply for the Valet Storage Award

Your application fee will be refunded as credits within SSAA if you are not shortlisted, minus the administration fee $1,500 per entry.

Important Information

• A separate submission is required for each Award entered.

• Please support your entry with additional photos, videos and other related materials.

• By submitting your entry, you agree to SSAA publishing your submitted data for judging and publishing purposes.

• Entries must be submitted by 20 March, 2026

• Coordinators and judges involved in the Awards will treat all information with the strictest confidence. NDAs will be signed by coordinators and judges.

• A judging panel will evaluate entries and determine the winner for each category.

• No applicants are allowed to be a member of the judging panel.

• Entrants agree that SSAA’s decision on these matters is final and may not be reviewed

• The winners of the SSAA Awards will be announced at the Awards Dinner on 20 May, 2026, during the Self Storage Expo Asia 2026, at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, Thailand.
